This is a preview build of the site. It will not go to the published version until document numbers and clinical sign-off are complete.

Which rules we are subject to

This page brings together the regulation the clinic is subject to, the list of certificates to be published, the sterilisation and clinical waste protocols, the complaints channel and the content policy for this site.

The Regulation on Promotion and Information Activities in Health Services

Published in the Turkish Official Gazette on 12 November 2025, issue 33075. It prohibits implicit or explicit advertising in the provision of healthcare services and permits information only.

Knowing what a healthcare provider is subject to is more useful than knowing what it promises. If you are reading this from the UK, the closest analogues are the ASA’s CAP Code and the GMC’s guidance on advertising; in Ireland, the ASAI Code and the Medical Council’s guide to professional conduct — the constraints are strikingly similar. The parts of the regulation that show up directly on this site are:

  • No information on fees, discounts, campaigns or promotions may be given
  • Patient satisfaction may not be used for advertising purposes
  • Before-and-after images are subject to strict conditions
  • Misleading or manipulative promotion, and disparaging competitors, are prohibited
  • Methods that are not scientifically proven may not be promoted
  • False or unverified specialist titles may not be used

International health tourism regulation

Providers accepting patients from abroad are required to hold an authorisation certificate.

The sale of accommodation and transfer services requires collaboration with a licensed travel agency. That is why pick-up, transfers and hotel arrangements are handled not by the clinic but by a licensed agency, and invoiced separately.

Presenting patient information and the consent document in a language the patient understands is part of the same framework — not a courtesy, a requirement.

Data protection and electronic marketing law

Health data is special category personal data under Article 6 of Law No. 6698, Türkiye’s data protection law. Processing for treatment purposes is done by healthcare staff bound by a duty of confidentiality; any use beyond treatment requires separate explicit consent. If you are used to the UK GDPR, the structure will be familiar — the categories, the lawful bases and the data subject rights map closely.

Sending commercial electronic messages is subject to registration with the national Message Management System. This site collects no newsletter subscriptions and sends no marketing messages.

The form on this site sends no data to a server; what you type becomes a message on your own device. Data that is never collected does not need protecting.

Certificates to be published

The documents below, with their numbers, will be added to this page before publication. We do not publish unverified document numbers; every line left blank is information that has not yet been verified.

  • Private healthcare provider licence — document number: to be completed before publication
  • Provincial Health Directorate operating permit — document number: to be completed before publication
  • International Health Tourism Authorisation Certificate — document number: to be completed before publication
  • Responsible manager certificate — name and document number: to be completed before publication
  • Doctor registration details for each speciality — to be completed before publication
  • Clinical waste disposal contract — licensed company and contract details: to be completed before publication

Sterilisation protocol

Every instrument that can be sterilised goes through a closed cycle: pre-cleaning, ultrasonic washing, rinsing, drying, packaging, steam sterilisation in an autoclave, recording and sterile storage.

Cycles are verified with indicators and recorded; which cycle was used for which patient can be traced retrospectively.

  • Sharps, syringes and single-use sets do not enter the cycle
  • Each package carries the cycle date and number
  • The sterile package is opened in front of the patient at the start of the procedure
  • Autoclave cycle records are retained and produced at inspection
  • Surface disinfection is done between every patient and recorded

Clinical waste management

Clinical waste is collected separately from domestic waste. Sharps go into puncture-resistant containers and other clinical waste into leak-proof bags, held in a temporary storage area.

Collection and disposal are carried out by a licensed company under the Regulation on the Control of Medical Waste. The contract and licence details will be added to this page before publication.

The content policy for this site

The rules below apply to every page on this site and are checked by a scan before publication.

  • No numeric fee, discount or campaign information is published
  • No promotional patient reviews or star ratings are published; no rating data is sent to search engines
  • No patient photographs and no before-and-after images are used
  • No unverifiable numerical claim — patient numbers, success rates, satisfaction percentages — is used
  • Expressions such as “guaranteed”, “certain result”, “risk-free”, “painless” and “100%” are not used
  • No comparison with competitors and no claim of superiority is made
  • Every treatment page states the possible risks and who it is not performed on
  • No unverified doctor name, diploma or registration number is published

Why there are no prices, reviews or before-and-after images

All three have the same reason, written into the same regulation. In a market where the rules put everyone under the same constraint, explaining the constraint rather than hiding it is a position in itself.

Prices: because advertising fees and campaigns is prohibited, no price field was ever defined on this site; scope and plan are sent to you individually after an examination. Reviews and ratings: using patient satisfaction for advertising is prohibited. Before-and-after: image use is subject to strict conditions, and someone else’s result does not show you yours.

The regulation defines a separate framework for information directed abroad and published in languages other than Turkish. Within that framework the scope of a service may be written on foreign-language pages; even so, no numeric price is published on this site in any language.

Complaints and applications

You can bring a complaint about the service you received directly to the clinic; written applications are recorded and answered in writing.

Beyond that, every patient has the right to apply to the Turkish Ministry of Health’s communication centre — SABİM, on 184 from within Türkiye. It is the state complaints line for healthcare, comparable to a health ombudsman, and it accepts complaints about private clinics. You do not have to come to us first. Applications relating to your personal data are made by the route set out in the Data Protection Notice.

Pre-assessment

Describe your situation and we will answer with a measurement

Send a photograph or an X-ray. A doctor in the relevant speciality will reply with a graft range, a number of teeth or a dose range in units. If you are not suitable, we say so plainly.
