Privacy policy
What is not collected on this site matters as much as what is; this page sets out both.
The short version
This site consists entirely of static HTML, CSS and JavaScript files. There is no application server or database behind it.
There is no advertising network, social media pixel, heat map or session recording tool on the site. Your visit is not profiled.
What is not collected
The following are not used on this site:
- Advertising or retargeting cookies
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram) pixel, TikTok pixel, Google Ads tagging
- Analytics cookies and visitor identification
- Heat map and session recording tools
- User profiling or behavioural segmentation
- Third-party font servers — typefaces are served with the site
- Third-party embedded content (video players, map components) and the trackers they carry
The pre-assessment form
The information in the form is not sent to us. What you type is turned into text in your browser and passed to the channel you choose — WhatsApp or your email application — as a ready-made message. The decision to send it is yours.
The reason for that design choice is this: health data is special category personal data, and collecting it through a web form is an unnecessary risk. Data that is never collected does not need protecting.
We suggest you keep detailed health information for the clinical conversation rather than the first message. Once you send the message, the privacy terms of the channel you chose also apply.
What is stored in your browser
There is a live chat panel on the site. When you close it, that fact is held as a single flag in your browser’s session storage so it does not reopen in the same tab.
That flag contains no personal data, is not sent to a server and is deleted when you close the tab. Beyond it, the site keeps no record in your browser.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The hosting infrastructure may process technical records such as IP addresses under its own policies in order to deliver the service.
We do not access those records on an individual basis and they are not matched against patient files.
External links
The site contains links to our social media accounts, to WhatsApp and to your phone application. When you follow one, the privacy terms of that platform apply.
Your clicking a link is not recorded by us; no tool is used to measure how many times which link was clicked.
Changes and contact
When this policy changes, the update date at the top of the page is refreshed. If an analytics or similar tool is ever added, the change will be announced here and on the Cookie Policy page together.
