Examination and treatment are not the same room
This page describes the physical layout of the clinic, the standard of the treatment environment, the sterilisation cycle, our approach to equipment, and how to reach the Yenibosna location.

Separating assessment from treatment
Examination is done in a separate room, not in the room where the procedure takes place.
The reason is not comfort. A patient examined and treated in the same room in the same visit makes a decision without time to think about it. Doing the assessment and the treatment in separate rooms, and usually on separate days, keeps the decision with the patient.
Each speciality has its own examination room; measurement, planning and the conversation about limits happen there — which is also why a same-day procedure is not offered however tight your travel dates are.
Treatment room and surgical standard
Hair, beard and moustache transplants are performed in a treatment room meeting surgical procedure standards: restricted access, surface disinfection, sterile draping, single-use sets and instruments recorded on the file.
Botulinum toxin is administered in a separate treatment room; skin antisepsis before injection and a product record are standard.
Procedures requiring general anaesthesia are outside this clinic’s scope. Transplants are done under local anaesthetic, and a patient whose test results are not satisfactory is not taken to theatre.
Dental unit and imaging
Dental treatment is carried out in its own unit. A panoramic radiograph and, where needed, a 3D scan allow bone height and width to be measured to the millimetre for implant planning.
A digital impression makes it possible to work without sending a physical mould to the laboratory, which reduces the number of remakes caused by impression error. Protective measures and dose recording are standard in the radiography area.
The sterilisation cycle
Every instrument that can be sterilised goes through a closed cycle: pre-cleaning, ultrasonic washing, rinsing, drying, packaging, steam sterilisation in an autoclave, recording and sterile storage.
Which cycle each package was sterilised in is traceable. The detail of the protocol is set out on the Quality and Certificates page.
- Sharps, syringes and single-use sets do not enter the cycle; they are separated as clinical waste at the end of the procedure
- The sterile package is opened in front of the patient at the start of the procedure
- Surface disinfection is done between every patient and recorded
Our approach to equipment
Equipment brand names are not used as a sales argument on this site.
What decides a hair transplant result is not the brand of punch but whether the punch diameter was chosen for your donor structure and at what angle the channel was opened. What decides a restoration is not the brand of scanner but the accuracy of the impression and the decision made at the try-in. So instead of a list of machines, we write down how the method is applied.
The name, batch and lot numbers of the medical products used are recorded in your file. That record is yours; it is given to you on request, and it is exactly what you need in your hand when you see another doctor or dentist at home.
Patient records and archiving
Patient files are kept digitally and access is limited by role-based authorisation.
What goes into the file: your complaint, examination findings, measurement results, the procedure performed, the product used and its quantity, the consent form and follow-up records. Health data is special category personal data under Türkiye’s data protection law; the conditions under which it is processed are set out in the Data Protection Notice.

Pre-assessment
Describe your situation and we will answer with a measurement
Send a photograph or an X-ray. A doctor in the relevant speciality will reply with a graft range, a number of teeth or a dose range in units. If you are not suitable, we say so plainly.
