A nose is the first part of the airway. An operation that improves the profile while narrowing the airway leaves the patient worse off.

Every rhinoplasty consultation here includes an endoscopic airway assessment. Where a deviated septum or enlarged turbinates are found, they are corrected in the same operation.

Realistic timeline

The splint comes off on day seven. The nose is still swollen at that point — this is not the result.

Most swelling resolves by month three; refinement of the tip continues for 12 to 18 months. We assess the final result at one year.

Flying home

We ask you to stay in Istanbul for eight nights: surgery, splint removal on day seven, and a final check before you fly.

When can I fly?

After splint removal and a final check, typically day 8. Flying before that risks pressure-related bleeding and swelling.

What is the revision rate?

No surgeon can honestly claim zero. Revision, if needed, is assessed no earlier than 12 months post-operatively.
