Two visits, honestly stated

Implant treatment cannot be completed in a single trip unless we accept a compromise. The bone needs 8 to 12 weeks to integrate with the implant before the permanent crown is fitted.

We plan two visits: surgery and temporary restoration on the first, permanent crowns on the second. Any clinic promising permanent crowns on implants within a week is describing a different, shorter-lived plan.

Bone comes first

We measure bone height and width on a 3D scan. Where volume is insufficient we graft first — this adds months, but the alternative is an implant that fails.

Aftercare from abroad

You leave with your implant brand, reference and lot number in writing, so any dentist anywhere can service your restoration.

Six-month reviews can be done by your local dentist; we provide the radiographs and the treatment record.

Questions we are asked

Can it be done in one trip?
The surgical stage can. The permanent crown requires a second visit after integration, usually three months later.
What happens if something goes wrong at home?
You receive a written record with the implant system, lot number and radiographs so that any dentist can act on it. We stay reachable for the review schedule.
